This Privacy Policy applies to the Internet Speed Test mobile application (the "Application") operated by BoldApps Studio (the "Service Provider").

Uninstalling the Application will stop the Application from collecting information through the Application itself. However, uninstalling the Application does not automatically delete information that may have already been collected or transmitted to the Service Provider or third-party service providers.
You may also be able to manage advertising and analytics preferences through your device settings or through consent and privacy controls provided within the Application or by third-party services, where available.

Data Retention Policy

Upon verification of your request, the Service Provider will delete applicable personal data from systems under its control, except where retention is required by law or is otherwise permitted for legitimate legal or business purposes.

Children
The Application is not intended for children under 16 years of age, or such higher age as required by applicable law.
The Service Provider does not knowingly solicit personal information from children or knowingly market the Application to children in violation of applicable law.
